Terri Hawkes Beauty & Aesthetics is based at the Holistic Health Centre, Rutland. The centre offers a wide range of treatments other than beauty including acupuncture, functional medicine and cupping. All treatments are by appointment only and can be booked online. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment and an email reminder 1 or 2 days before to your appointment.

You will find the Holistic Health Centre on the main street in the village of Cottesmore.  It is between the post office and the church.  There is usually parking available on the road in front of the building.

There is a wheelchair ramp and disabled facilities.

Please note: when booking your appointment a credit/debit card number will be required at the time of booking. However, your card will not be charged until after your appointment.

Policies

Your Appointment:

Please arrive to your appointment alone.

Face masks are required (if you forget, disposable masks are available for £1).

Hand sanitiser is available at the reception desk.

Please be no more than 5 minutes early to your appointment to allow for social distancing and a deep cleaning between clients.

If you or anyone you have been in contact with has symptoms for/tested positive for COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment.

Drinks will not be provided anymore so please bring your own if required and take your rubbish when you leave.

Cash and cards payments are accepted.

 

Patch Testing:

Patch tests are required 24-48 hours before lash and brow treatments (all tinting, LVL, brow lamination, microblading) for new clients and where it has been 6 months since your last treatment.

If you have had COVID-19 since your last appointment you must have another patch test. If you’ve had the Covid vaccine part 1or 2, you will need to wait 2 weeks before a patch test.

You are required to schedule your patch test appointment.

Without a patch test I cannot go ahead with the treatment.

Unfortunately, pregnant and breast feeding clients cannot have any of the treatments above due to changes in hormones and manufacturer recommendations.

 

Cancellations:

If you are unable make your appointment, please let me know ASAP so I can reschedule your appointment and arrange to book another client in your place.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be required to pay 50% of your appointment total, you will only be rescheduled after doing so.

'No shows' will be charged 100% of the appointment total.
